• Successful Bets: A bet is deemed successful and will result in winnings only if the user correctly predicts all outcomes included in that bet. Partial correctness does not qualify a bet as a winner; the accuracy of all predicted outcomes is required for a bet to be considered a winning bet.
• Betting Conditions: Once a bet is placed, the conditions under which that bet was made are locked in. However, PariPulse reserves the right to change general betting conditions at any time, except for the conditions of bets that have already been placed. This ensures that users have a stable betting environment while also allowing PariPulse to adapt to changing circumstances or to correct errors.
• Bets on Known Outcomes: Betting on events where the outcome is already known at the time the bet is placed is strictly prohibited. Any such bets will be settled at odds of 1, effectively rendering the bet void. This rule is in place to prevent unfair advantages and maintain the integrity of the betting process.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes between a user and PariPulse regarding the terms of a bet, the payment of winnings, the outcome of an event, or any other related issues, the parties agree to pursue a pre-trial resolution procedure. This approach aims to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently, without the need for legal proceedings.
• Claim Submission: Users who believe their rights have been violated must submit a claim within 10 days of discovering the issue. The claim must include all relevant facts and supporting evidence that demonstrate the violation. PariPulse will review the claim and take appropriate action if necessary. Claims submitted after the 10-day window may not be considered, so prompt action is advised.
• Incorrect Information: In the event that incorrect information is presented in the list of available events, odds, or other details due to human error, technical issues, or any other reason, PariPulse reserves the right to declare any bets made under such conditions as invalid. In such cases, bets will be settled at odds of 1, ensuring fairness for all parties involved.
• Obvious Mistakes: If PariPulse identifies an obvious mistake in the odds offered for a bet, such as a typographical error or a software glitch, the bet will be settled based on the final result of the event at the correct odds. This policy helps to maintain the integrity of the betting environment by correcting errors that could otherwise lead to unfair outcomes.
• Foul Play: If there is any suspicion of foul play, such as match-fixing or other forms of cheating, PariPulse reserves the right to block all related bets until an investigation is completed. If the investigation confirms foul play, the affected bets will be invalidated and settled at odds of 1. This measure is in place to protect the fairness of the betting process and to ensure that all users have an equal chance of winning.
• Outcome Knowledge: PariPulse reserves the right to cancel any bets and block a user’s account if it is determined that the user had prior knowledge of the outcome of the event at the time the bet was placed. However, if a participant withdraws during the event due to injury or other reasons, bets on that participant will remain valid, while other bets on that participant may be voided. • Non-Participation in Team Events: If a team member does not participate in a match, bets on that individual will be settled at odds of 1. However, if a substitution occurs after the approved team member has taken part, bets on the sporting event may be canceled, depending on the specific circumstances.
• Venue Changes: In the event of a change of venue for a friendly match, all bets remain valid. Venue changes are common in sports, and this policy ensures that users’ bets are not unfairly impacted by such changes.

The security of your PariPulse account is of utmost importance. Users are required to keep their login credentials, including their username and password, confidential at all times. If you lose your login information, you must use the “Restore Password” function available on our website to regain access to your account. Users are solely responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through their accounts. PariPulse is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account unless you have promptly notified us of the breach and we have failed to take appropriate action.

Fraud, Financial Terrorism, and Collusion

PariPulse employs stringent measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, financial terrorism, and collusion among users. We regularly monitor user accounts for suspicious activities, including unusual betting patterns or attempts to exploit our platform. Users who engage in collusive betting, where multiple accounts are used to manipulate outcomes, may face account closure and the forfeiture of winnings. If fraudulent activity is suspected, PariPulse reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke any payments associated with the fraudulent activity and to take legal action against those involved.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PariPulse platform and are considered violations of these Terms and Conditions:

• Sharing your account information with third parties, including login credentials and payment details.
• Using malicious software, bots, or any automated systems to place bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Fraudulently using another person’s credit or debit card to fund your account or place bets.
• Engaging in criminal activities, including money laundering, through the PariPulse platform.

Other Prohibited Customer Activities

PariPulse customers are also prohibited from:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards other customers or PariPulse employees.

• Modifying, deleting, or otherwise tampering with website information or data.
• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the PariPulse website without permission.

• Transferring or selling their PariPulse accounts to another individual or entity.
